Delicate steamed dumplings with savoury filling, traditionally complemented by cooling yoghurt and a flavourful sauce.

Chicken Kebab

Golden chicken kebabs with beautifully smoky edges. A generous, savoury favourite alongside rice and fresh accompaniments.

Borani Badenjan

Soft aubergine, rich tomato flavours and cooling yoghurt. A lovely contrast of textures in a much-loved Afghan dish.

Qorma Gosht

A traditional meat stew with a deep, savoury sauce. Made for enjoying with fragrant rice and a table full of good company.

Ferni
